IFSEC INDIA Poised to Open & Serve

UBM India has geared up to launch the 11th edition of IFSEC India 2017 Expo from 6 to 8 December 2017 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. It is one of the largest expo of security, safety and fire industry in the country. The three day event is the combination of the commercial, Government Security & Fire Safety Exhibition, conferences and presentation of awards. The objective of IFSEC India is to elevate India as the global security destination.

Spread over about 15,000 sqm of business area, IFSEC India brings together leading international and domestic players, policy makers and technocrats on a common platform to engage and discuss contemporary issues related to security and fire safety including the development of smart cities and the Internet of Things. The expo is to display over 300 brands of security and fire safety products and solutions from over 20 countries such as UK, USA, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Lithuania, South Africa, Russia, Turkey, and India. The expo displays products such as CCTVs, Biometrics & RFID, Access Control, Integrated Systems, IT & Networked Security, Building Management Systems, Grill & Shutters, Fence, Fire Detection Systems, Surveillance Systems, Intruder Alarms, Cyber Security, Fire Alarms, Physical Security and so on. The forum offers suitable space to all the interested ones to explore and gather insights on investment opportunities in India. IFSEC India also facilitates an appropriate platform where new products and technologies are launched and latest
technology trends are discussed.

IFSEC India 2017 is also to conduct conferences on 6th and 7th of December 2017 which would be interactive sessions with policy makers, regulators and key decisions makers. The theme of the conference is ‘Homeland Security and Smart Cities.’ The Conference is aimed at providing
exclusive networking and engagement platform where key Homeland Security issues such as Drones/ UAV policy, border security, advanced security solutions for protecting Critical Infrastructure,
Emerging Electronic Security Solutions in the age of Smart Cities, and other pertinent issues would
be discussed.

The second edition of the IFSEC India Awards is scheduled on 6th December at The Lalit, New Delhi. The initiative is set out to recognize Indian end users who have demonstrated the best use of technology to solve a business problem, improve business competitiveness and deliver quantifiable ROI to
stakeholders. The ceremony felicitates CSOs from verticals like BFSI, Retail, Govt & PSUs, Manufacturing, FMCG, IT & ITeS, Infrastructure, Healthcare and Hospitality, in terms of best security
system implementation.

IFSEC India 2017 is supported by Asian Professional Security Association (APSA), American Society for
